Recruiter contacted me and encouraged me to apply. A few days later I got an invite to do a video interview through Hirevue. Most of these were typical behavioral questions. A few weeks after I submitted the video interview I received an invite to interview in their North Carolina office. They gave me an assignment where I had to choose a company and create a powerpoint presentation on how this specific company and industry can benefit from tools like SAS. This was then to be presented to three people during the interview. It was a role play exercise since you were supposed to act as the salesperson and then the interviewers were people at the company you chose who were going to choose whether or not to invest in the SAS tool. They asked me questions at the end of this role play exercise. The second interview was with another three people and that one was an hour of behavioral questions. At the end, HR does a presentation on the company and the program and then gave us a tour of the campus. Overall, everyone was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
