I applied online. I interviewed at SAS (Marlow, England)
Interview
Phone interview followed by a panel interview with multiple people in an office room. Very open and friendly. I also got the opportunity to ask my own questions too which wasn't rushed in at the end.

They wanted to know about my life and passions outside of work which was nice
I applied in-person. I interviewed at SAS (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2021
Interview
Approached by SAS recruiter and accepted to learn more about the role which led to both individual on-line meetings, meeting with extended group and HR and finalized with personality and logic ACE test.
Was requested to do a ppt and run as a presentation fro the group decribing myself on personal level, business background and also analyze SAS Institute in relation to the market.
When final interview was made it was communicated that decision would be made following week. When not receiving information I approched recruiter for update and got info no decision has been made and since then it has been silent. I see on former posts this is not uncommon.
Up to that point I must say everything was excellently managed, lovely recruiter, great people from SAS team, fantastic HR that interpreted the test results.
That part of not communicating rejection or offer pulls down the full experience which is an unfortunate otherwise it would have been 10 of 10 for professional level in regards of recruiting process
