I got called for a phone screening by HR and then set up my in person interview. At the in-person interview, the HR rep, Elizabeth, took me into a room to explain benefits and left me for a while in the room alone. She later came back for me and took me to another room for a panel interview. I interviewed with 3 managers for two different departments (same position, though). The interview was the usual common questions asked and when it was over, I received a tour of the building. I was shown how to use the system, was able to talk to other staff and was even shown the cubicle that would be mine. I spent a total of 3 hours in the building. A week later I received a very generic rejection email. I did try to contact HR as I thought this was strange (especially due to the tone of the email) and was completely ignored. Extremely unprofessional.
