I applied to the job via their school website. I received a call back for an interview in the next two days. The interview was conducted on the phone. They asked me questions about my past experiences working with children with special needs. They also asked me which area I would be most comfortable teaching so I that I would be properly placed. The administrator also 'sold' me the school and let me know about some of the accolades and awards the school received in the past.
