I was interviewed by a panel of 4 people: lead principal, assistant principal, testing coordinator, and the Special Education department chair. They asked about my previous experience, my strengths, and what qualities I could bring to the school. I showed them my portfolio and answered questions they had. I received an email about three or four weeks later asking if I was still interested in the position and I said yes. The principal welcomed me to the school and told me my assigned position. She was very warm and friendly.
