Received call from Recruiter about my availability for the job. After my consent, recruiter went ahead and explained the job role and asked me about my concerns about the job role explained. First round was a telephonic round with the Senior Recruitment Manager who tested me on my technical as well as functional skills. From the questions, it was very clear that they knew what they were looking for and were willing to pay for the right candidate. Interview was quite an honest one. I was also given a feedback at the end of the interview. I also had to give a small test for technical skills as IQ. Next and last round happened with 3 business days with the Global head which was more of a commitment factor round. Lasted 15 mins on Skype. They took their time to ask the questions and allowed me the time to think before responding to questions which I felt needed some thought. Overall, I liked the way it all have turned out for me.
