Short 20 minute interview. Asked me to relate my experience to the office's mission. I was in Paris and they called from DC. Two assistant directors; one each from an office I indicated an interest in my cover letter.

I received an email letting me know about a potential interview. I had the One interview and it took them about a month and a half to decide whether I was to receive a decision about the offer/program
The interview consisted of just one phone call, discussing what classes I took, what past experiences I had. Don't be afraid to reach out again if they do not get back to you - I reached out a week after I was supposed to get a decision, and immediately was called on the phone with the offer.
