made you wait 30 min for interview. Hr was very nice and Friendly. Manager was nice but after a year no raise or anything. short term company learn and apply other places because they dont want to keep good tech cz they have to pay them better. care more about quantity of wORK AND NOT QUALITY.
pretty straight forward and chill guy it was a screening interview, where he ask about my previous experience in lab setting also told me about the expection that they are looking for in a candidate. Honestly, speaking it was one of the easiest interview i have ever given to a firm.
Screened by their HR first, had a video call interview, once you pass that screening then interview with lab manager and lab tour. Then they give you an offer. May includes the background checks that takes 2weeks to a month.

Fairly straight forward. Asks you about your previous work experience and how is it like to be work as a lab technician. They ask a lot about your personality and your mindset when approaching the job. Make sure to stay on top of your resume as they will ask you in detail about ur resume.
