Het volledige sollicitatieproces verloopt doorgaans in verschillende fasen, waarbij eerst een Teamsgesprek plaatsvindt, gevolgd door een kantoorgesprek, waarna het bedrijf een aanbod doet; vervolgens wordt het contract ondertekend, de startdatum vastgelegd, een interne opleiding voorzien en kan je effectief beginnen aan de job.
I had to fill out a long, detailed medical questionnaire before the interview. There were questions regarding medications taken for mental health. Even though I felt it was a risk, I decided to be open and disclose that I was taking medication. Even though it did not impair my ability to perform in the role, in the interview my disclosure led to several judgemental remarks.
short period between 30 minutes. mostly they ask about experience from previously (internship etc.) and some scenario questions. dress formal and be there early. otherwise, interviewers are friendly and explain everything in detailed.
