pretty straight forward and chill guy it was a screening interview, where he ask about my previous experience in lab setting also told me about the expection that they are looking for in a candidate. Honestly, speaking it was one of the easiest interview i have ever given to a firm.
Screened by their HR first, had a video call interview, once you pass that screening then interview with lab manager and lab tour. Then they give you an offer. May includes the background checks that takes 2weeks to a month.
