2-rounds interview, don't have enough time to really think about the questions. And feel like they do not really listen to what you say.
But they do disagree with every word you said and start to argue with you. An interview should be more like a conversation instead of a Literal Debate Competition. Be careful about the so-called "homework", they just want something free.
Last but not least, the HR process is a nightmare. Slow and full of black box.
