I was sent an invite for a phone interview that said the team member would call me and they never did. Ultimately they reached out to reschedule (after I sent a note via IG about the occurrance), they did not take responsibility for missing our meeting, and then tried to schedule a call for me in the evening outside of business hours. Super unprofessional.
