I had an interview with the recruiter and I believed it went well. She said she would follow up in the next couple of days to set up a second interview, which never happened. I followed up numerous times through LinkedIn and email and she ignored me. I understand you may have found someone more suited for the position, but I don't think it's fair to ghost potential candidates.
