The most unprofessional and disrespectful interview I've done in my profession! I interviewed at Skim for their marketing department and after finishing the final round which required a project on-site presentation, I was essentially ghosted. I followed up 4 weeks past my interview date and the director of HR mentioned they were still finalizing decisions. However, I never heard back after that. Extremely unprofessional especially when you're asking candidates to put in a ton of work and effort in the interview process! I would be cautious to apply here unless you really want to work at this company but be aware that they may waste your time.
