Overall, the initial interview went really well (phone screening)! The person I interviewed with was warm and welcoming. Was really excited to hear more about the job and the company. But its been over a month and I never heard back. I felt really confident I would at least go in for a face to face interview with the department. Sadly I was disappointed.
