Recruiter asked a few times about how they really wanted someone with video editing experience, which is really a different job title. I get that it’s a start-up but stop trying to cram other roles into a junior position. Also recruiter said they would get back to me within X days, and didn’t. I get the interview process takes time, but I gently and politely followed up twice without a response before receiving an automated rejection email.
