Male recruiter reached out about position. Had screening with recruiter and he sold the company really well. Got me really excited for the role. Then had interview with hiring manager, and during the whole interview he was yawning. I guess my solid experience is boring to him. Then at the end mentioned they need someone with design and construction experience. Salary seems low for needing both. Lastly, they also requested a resume (which I didn’t have since I’m employed and not looking) and requested a portfolio. Which I produced and circulated. After sending thank you note and portfolio. Never heard back from them… big waste of time.
