I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SKIMS (CA) (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me VIA LinkedIn to set up an initial phone interview. Recruiter was almost 10 minutes late to our initial conversation and spent the remaining 20 minutes asking me questions about my skills and experience. With each question, they were more and more demeaning for a role that I was more than qualified for.
All in all, easy interview but lackluster (and frankly unprofessional) experience with the brand and recruiter.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SKIMS (CA) (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
Applied and received a 30-minute call where I was asked to describe myself and a few standard questions. The interviewed talked about how they are expanding and where they are planning to open new stores.

Question 1
How has your input changed or affected the company you currently work for?
Recruiter reached out via email to set up an interview, but did not call during the scheduled time. I reached out to follow-up, and she said she called (which did not happen). We messaged to re-arrange another time, but I was ultimately ghosted. Seems like I am not the only one, from other reviews. Also should mention that I was an extremely qualified candidate (at least worth an interview), with over a decade of retail experience, 7 years in management in the DMV area.
