Interview
I had an amazing interview I was 100% sure I would get a call back for another interview, instead I never heard anything. I reached out to the recruiter, no response. Three months went by and the same recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn asking me to interview for the same position because l I looked like a good fit” to which I replied. I already interviewed with you for this position and never heard back and the recruiter never responded again. I felt this was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Since then, I have even applied to similar positions at skims that I qualify for and have gone months with no response to then suddenly receive a rejection email. Let’s just say I will not be applying to this company anymore.

I only had an initial interview with a very bad recruiter. He asked very basic questions. Had me walk him through my work history, education, goals, etc..
