The process was quick and easy. I heard of this position from my friend who worked here a year before. So, I applied online. Then, a senior UX designer asked me for an interview and he was very nice and passionate when he explains the working environment in the field.
Submitted the application through Schlumberger's website, then had one in-person interview with a designer and an engineer. They went over my resume and asked about the experiences written in my resume.
