Interview
I first met them at a college career fair. I applied for a position online beforehand and they like my resume. Then, they scheduled an online interview. We spent 10 minutes on behavioral questions, 10 minutes on technical questions and 10 minutes on any questions I had for the interviewer. There is only one interview and they got back to me in a couple weeks about their decision.
