Interview
All I had to do was go on the website and apply about 6 months in advance. They then called me and asked me to come in for an interview. Had a really nice chat and answered a few questions. They then got back to me about 4 weeks later saying it was successful.

Good and welcoming interview. I did a presentation on my projects and about myself. Got asked a few technical questions. Everyone was welcoming. It was easy and to the point
