I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SLB (Houston, TX) in Jan 2016

Behavioral interview over phone by the same recruiter I had met on campus at the time. The interview took about 30 minutes and was welcoming. I met the recruiter on campus after an information session where resumes were welcomed
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SLB (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was mostly a behavioral interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me very general questions that any company would really ask you. She was a new recruiter, but she just got moved over from actually working in the feed so she knew a good amount about the job and could answer any real questions. I talked to the three recruiters that were doing the interviews and they were all really nice. My friend also interviewed for a position and he said the same thing.
