Written test and interview. Written test usually on Engineering subjects to test subject matter expertise. Interview is to further evaluate fitment for the post and on individual's personality, educational and professional achievements etc.
The interview process also included a presentation on oneself to highlight professional achievements and suitability for the role applied for. The interview is usually sufficiently timed and one would feel comfortable taking it in case of a genuine profile match.
One must be technically/ fundamentally strong and confident.
