Interview
Interview process was straightforward. I applied to a different position then the one I got offered. They contacted me about my resume. Then they set up a phone interview with the manager and a technical engineer. After the interview they sent me the offer letter (someone from our lab did internship there and they knew my advisor).

Interview process is pretty fast. There will be 2 rounds of the interview. first HR will ask you details about your background. It then followed by hiring manager for Technical Interview
One personal interview, which was more about connecting with the recruiter and showing the desire to be out there in the field. The open to different lifestyle, work long periods of time, and open to traveling.
Interview was mostly casual and not too long , took about 40 mins. Questions asked based on resume, mostly non technical. Received email notifying interview outcome after about a week.
