Was contacted by a recruiter and said they would like to interview me. Did a phone interview first and after about a 30 minute conversation they said they would like to have a second face-to-face interview. They flew me to Houston where I participated in a ~30 person group interview. There was a presentation and get-to-know-you session the first day. The next day was the personal interview.

very straight forward.. we talked about the role, my experiences and if I think I would fit into the role. The interviewer thanked me for coming and I got a call a couple of days later about the offer
