The Center Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Lead, Sourcing Lead, and Supplier Lead interviewed me over a casual lunch then each interviewed me separately. I transitioned into a full time role from an internship position so my interview process was probably more unorthodox than most people's experience.

Interview plus assessment center, HR will interview you and there will be one day assessment center. The assessment center will be for the full one day. Several Managers will interview you and access what kind of roles suit you and there will be team activities as well.
