I applied online and received an email, informing dates and asking if I will be available. It is usually a 2 days interview, firs day there is aptitude tests and IQ tests and some presentation about company and position you are applying. Second day there is a case interview and some group assignment where you are competing to other team. Some tips and tricks for people who wish to join, do not go to extreme lengths to prove your way of doing thins is better, through out the interview recruiters would be determining your abilities as a leader AND a team player. It is not important if your team looses but it is important how supportive you were or how did you lead the team. Try to have fun, and if you did have fun throughout the interview and performed good I suggest you accept the offer :)
