It was a face-to-face interview by the hiring manager and a person from his procurement team. It was less interactive than I'd wish and the questions asked are rather confusing. i wouldn't describe the interviewers as friendly and the whole interview process was rather cold and lack in human touch.

3 interviews, 1 presentation easy interview, they took us to the location and have us a tour of the facility. We then broke up into groups and were interviewed by 3 different managers. From there we had to give a presentation on something technical we had worked on.
