Interview
I had an interview with HR someone from HR, she asked me a few questions about me, how I'd approach programming problems, then after passing that I had a technical assessment.
The interview process consisted of three phases. The initial stage involved a behavioral interview, which I found relatively straightforward. The second phase was a technical assessment conducted online, requiring screen sharing while coding. The task involved making a simple Google API call and saving the data into DynamoDB on AWS.
Having successfully completed these two stages, I proceeded to the final interview with the CEO. During this discussion, the CEO assured me that they would send a sample two-week project for me to review before officially starting the assigned tasks. Unfortunately, this project never materialized. When I inquired with the HR department, they informed me of a delay but never followed up, leaving me with a rather disappointing and negative experience.
