Was time consuming initially then went like a rocket. First is a Digital Interview where we have to speak to our own recordings to the questions asked and write some answers. This is an SOP for all candidates at SMART. That is the 1st round. Then there was interview with my manager and another team manager. 2nd round. After clearing it, there is an FIT interview with my team. 3rd round. After that there is an final interview with the Director of the Product teams. 4th road. Then the offer was made which was great.
