Interview process is structured in 2 stages, first one looking at past developed work, and second one, scenario analysis. For the first part, a deep look into your documents is taken, normally picking up on topics that are under your control (if you are the producer of the information) and relating those to the role that is expected to be covered. For the second part, a scenario is explained to you for preparing a high level planning, few documents and some info is provided, it is optional for you to ask questions and the it's your responsibility to prepare a brief plan oriented to a board of clients. This task is quite under pressure, the deadline is 30mins after being given the task and afterwards a presentation has to be given. There are no correct answers though, it's more a screening of your reasoning when looking at the planning development.
