SPS reached out to me via email to arrange a video interview on Teams. At the beginning of the interview, things took an unusual and unprofessional turn. The interviewer, strangely, opted to keep their camera turned off for the entire duration of the interview. This created an uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere. I found this behavior to be unprecedented in my experience, and I would never want to subject anyone else to such a situation. Even if I had been offered a position, I would have declined it due to this unprofessional conduct.
