Interview
The woman I interviewed with was very nice, gave the impression that everyone would be transferred as what they had been and without pay cuts, turns out neither was the case. Many did not get offers, anyone of anything higher than entry level was offered demotions and pay cuts, a couple of the men who turned that down were then offered pay rises, none of the women.
Easy and smooth nothing too difficult. They were friendly. I applied and was interviewed for the customer service position at the time. So do not stress yourself out just be honest and yourself.
