The interview process involved an initial "HR" phone call (there is no real HR at the company), a video interview with a few people on the Content team plus the recruiter, and an editing test. I got the job offer after I passed the test. Only issue was the recruiter didnt seem to know what the job was--i was told it was a copy editor, then some other role title, and then my employee agreement said Content Manager.
