I was curious about QA and decided to apply. Within a few days a recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. While discussing the position, it seemed like they wanted to sell me the job more than anything. Asks for passion and commitment while providing no real incentive or compensation. Asked about growth in the company and was disappointed in the answer. I left with a bad impression of the company.
