Hiring process was long and tedious. Was contacted by recruiter after a week of application. They set up a screen with the hiring manager, followed by a technical interview from someone based out of India a week later. Was then called in for a face to face for a final interview with the managers. Was contacted by the the recruiter (Veretta) a few days later to extend a verbal offer. I had counter offered as I had a better offer elsewhere and she went MIA without any contact for 2 weeks. Tried calling and emailing her multiple times and she just ignored me. Finally she decided to call me and said the manager declined the counter offer. Would highly advise the recruiters to have better communication. Would not work for a company with poor communication... glad I decided to go elsewhere.
