Average experience. Personality tests, then an assessment centre that lasted four hours: group exercise, individual interview and a Q & A session to ask past graduates about their experience in the company.
Typical video interview with group activity looking at collaboration and processing information. Small group and an individual interview as well which was fairly casual. Not too hard but would recommend having previous experience example to hand
There was a 10 min presentation on the energy market over the last few years. This was focussed on what challenges the energy industry faced as well as SSE as a company. This was then followed by interview questions that were focussed on your abilities and previous experience that will make you a good candidate for the job.
