Interview
First round was group discussion followed by aptitude test which was little tricky to answer 50 questions in just 20 minutes which included math problems, general knowledge and English grammar. The third round was the panel interview then followed by telephonic round after which the offer letters were rolled out for the selected candidates.
An extremely smooth process that ended in a day and received the offer letter in no time. Multiple rounds were conducted efficiently with no wastage of time.
Exceptional incentive/commission program. The difficulty of HR interview questions was average and not too tough.

Pretty basic questions which were mostly analytical type questions. Interviewers are professional and polite and you can clear any doubts about the company or the job at the end of the interview. Good experience overall.
