Interview
The interview is only 30 minutes, lots of questions about why you would want to work with kids and any experience you have in working with kids. I would recommend having at least 2-3 examples on how you deal with children who do not listen.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at STAR Education (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The people were very friendly. It was a Zoom interview and I got placed in a breakout room. The guy there told me what to expect from the position. Since they had an open location near where I live, the supervisor for that site joined and asked me questions. She mostly just asked questions about my background, why I want to work with kids, and what special skills I have.
