STAR METHOD, they use the star method with interviews. Its pretty easy as long as you know how to structure the answer. Not too bad honestly. It's a good company

Very quick, and short. Had 3 interviews, a phone, one with HR, and one with the director of supply chain. After this, I received an offer about a week later. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
