STERIS interview questions

I was contacted after a few days when I posted my resume on their website. I had a phone interview and three one-on-one interviews. The interview was very well organized and included a plant tour. I recommend to just focus on the positional requirements and relate those requirements to your professional backround during the interview.

Submit resume then if resume seems approprate, then a e-mail inviting to take a 2 hour multiple choice on line test checking knowledge in electronic ,physical,hydraulic,math. then if you get a very high score a phone interview is set up leading to a 1-1 /2 to 2 hour interview with district manager who tries to get to know client and professional attitude, quality of workmanship,sales technique. Very professional people through every stage with high standards especially toward safety,customer support and willingness to constantly learn, above average professionalism and humility and mutual respect is truely felt from everyone. Process takes a long time due to many potential employees looking for position and busy Zone manager but well worth wait.
