Biotest laboratories is collaborated with STERIS. This position was for a microbiology technician. I was not aware for this "title" and seriously no way I can work as a technician . I got two phone calls- first from Biotest lab HR (did not mention specific job position) and the second is from a laboratory person (may be the manager; not specified by HR). The guy called and asked for some general questions- hobby? schooling? work experiences ? research ?one was technical question that was very easy. The person seems less professional. While calling me he was taking to other people passing him. I clearly heard noise from his side during phone interview. Overall not a good experience.
