They require you to take a skills test before they will interview you. I showed up at the appointed time and sat in a room with several other people taking the test. The others look like they were already employed by Stroco unless they normally show up to take skills tests and interview in jeans, probably not. They like everyone else I saw there looked young. The skills test had a lot of questions about internal procedures that some on off the street would not know. The other parts were easy so I doubt my answers were wrong. The others who looked like current employees all were Interviewed as soon as they finished the test. I was not. Two things that are strictly my impression was going on. One they wanted to fill the positions from within which is fine but why waste the time of external applicants. Two they are not interested in hiring or having older workers. I have drawn this conclusion because all the staff I saw that day were young under 40 and also all their ad's on here and other job boards say the are looking for Gamer's. How is being a gamer relevant to estimating, quality control or drafting? What saying they are looking for gamer's does do is tell older applicants you need not apply.
