Answering multiple questions, math questions, drawing a picture-nothing to do with the particular position. It was a timed test and I did see others get up and walk out without finishing the test. Not everyone is good at taking tests including me, but this was absolutely unnecessary to do especially when someone is a good worker and is desperate for a career.
