Interview
I only had one interview with the company.
Started with the manager telling me how amazing the company is and how they retain staff for long periods of time and lead to question time. The manager went down my resume questioning my experience in each position. Finally they asked for my questions. The interview went for an hour.
It was the worst interview I have ever had.
It was meant to be with 3 people, 1 person was late.
The managers response to the late person: 'I told him not to come in, I hate when people are late
The manager complained about the last person in the position which I find to be unprofessional.
The manager looked me up and down as I left, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Overall I lost some confidence in myself from one single interview.
The accountant in the interview looked timid and scared.
I received no feedback.

How can I trust that you will stick around since you have travelled so much, we are looking for someone who wants to stay long term with the company?
(Context: I went travelling for 2 years about a year ago and I am a woman)
