Interview
The first round was the online test . It consisted of situational and psychometric test along with another section of aptitude questions . The aptitude part was easy to moderate while psychometric questions had tricky answer choices . Then they shortlisted around 30 people and conducted group discussion on a case study . The case studies were usually related to some environmental problems or disaster management. Then after they selected 10 of us for interview . The recruiters were very chilled out although passionate about their company . But they had made sure right from the ppt that we interacted with them and relaxed. The interview was mostly resume based and a some hr questions.It went smooth and they also praised me for good communication skills however they felt I was more suitable for managerial and leadership roles .

They asked about the gap I had taken for engineering preparation after 12th.
Enjoyable graduate interview programme, however, fairly intense over the 2 days. The facilitators were great to put us all at ease. Structured into group working activities and solo interviews while they observed.

Interview
The interview process included a technical exam and an HR interview. The exam covered engineering concepts. The HR interview focused on my background, professional/internship experience, and interest in the role. Most applicants were Latin Honor graduates from top universities like UP, MAPUA, and PLM, with some even being board exam topnotchers. There were also candidates from state universities, reflecting a competitive and diverse applicant pool.

Interview
We had an IQ test followed by a GD round followed by personal interviews followed by skype interviews. The panel was very friendly and warm. Felt at ease during the entire process.
