The hiring manager saw my resume on ziprecruiter and sent me an email asking me to apply directly to their website. After I did that the regional manager called me to set up a phone interview.
Interview was in two steps and was made to feel comfortable and not stressed out. Second part was a video call and was asked more questions on knowledge of industry
