It was a different and pleasant experience. The HR people were really open and friendly. Their way of approaching us was unlike any experience I had with other recruiters. The first round was an online aptitude test which was easy. One third of the number of students was selected to move to the next round of interview. Before the next round, they told us about the company and what they expect of us as future employees. Then the second round was conducted which was group discussion. The topics given were related to the environment. Again one third of the number of students was selected to move to the next round which was the final interview. The questions were mostly based on your resume and some general questions. It was a wonderful experience on the whole.
