Interview
I only had one interview with the head of the department. There was no HR, no specific interview; it was a general discussion. He oriented me towards the position he thought would fit me, and I started my internship a few weeks later.
They didn't look towards whole of the candidates, after taking a GD they asked if I even spoke, inspite of me being speaking for stipulated time. Lazy hiring process, I don't know on what criteria did they shortlist candidates.
